iHorizons signs strategic MOU with Globitel at GSMA MWC 2025 Doha to Expand Digital Services in Qatar, Saudi Arabia & MENA Region
Doha, Qatar – 26 November 2025 - iHorizons, a leading provider of AI & digital transformation, IT, and customer oriented technology services, is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Globitel, a Saudi based organization specializing among other industries in telecom and customer experience (CX) solutions. The agreement was formalized at MWC25 Doha in an official signing ceremony attended by senior leadership from both the companies.
Together, iHorizons and Globitel will collaborate to bring a comprehensive portfolio of AI solutions, digital transformation, cloud computing, managed infrastructure, mobile and web development, and CX solutions to support telecom providers in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the MENA region in their journey of moving from Telco to Techo. By combining iHorizons' deep technological capabilities and Arabic language AI platforms with Globitel's technical portfolio, strong market presence, telecom technical expertise, and established client base, the two companies will jointly address the needs of key government and corporate organizations across many sectors that include banking, telecommunications, BPO, insurance, government, energy and utilities.
The agreement was signed at GSMA MWC25 in Doha by Nasser Issa, Sales Director at iHorizons, and Bara' Harb, Solutions Director at Globitel.
