Fadaat Media, a Qatari company that specializes in developing media projects in the Arab World and globally, and iHorizons Group, a leader provider of information technologies and HR and business consulting, have struck a strategic partnership agreement, by which Fadaat Media acquires a 51% share in iHorizons Group.
Through this partnership, the two parties will collaborate on developing advanced information solutions in the areas of new media, social networks, modern technology applications and organizational development consultancy services.
This alliance aims to create a joint investment in research and development, expand the group’s activities and develop its business locally and regionally.
The partnership emerged from the parties’ vision for the significance of joining efforts to explore the substantial opportunities made available by the age of information services and social media, and the accelerated economic growth that Qatar and the region are witnessing. It is also driven by the need to actively participate in initiatives for ambitious projects that are aligned with this growth, and that establish ventures that have long-term objectives in Qatar and the Arab Region.
